The Capital Grille Debuts Costello Banfi Proprietor’s
Amanda Leese, Sales & Marketing Manager with The Capital Grille recently invited the members for Corporate Concierge, Inc. (C.C.I.) to preview a new menu. The Capital Grille is presenting the American debut of Costello Banfi Proprietor’s Reserve, BelnerO Sangiovese di Montalcino. BELNERO is best translated as “Dark Beauty.” Its 2009 launch coincides with the Mariani family’s 30th year at Castello Banfi and 90th year in the wine business, having started in 1919 by John Mariani Sr., the grandfather of the current proprietress of Banfi, Christina Mariani.
In celebration of this exciting event, The Capital Grille will be offering a special, 5-course dinner of Italian flavors inspired by this premiere vintage.
This menu will be offered at a special price of $49 to our guests.

The new Italian menu at The Capital Grille is as good as one has come to from this mainstay of the Dallas restaurant scene. I loved the wine pairings they have with this new menu, too!
