My visit to the Cedar Springs location was amazing. The intimate private dining room made for an even more memorable night as the Gauchos streamed in and out with the delectable meats. Our glasses were never empty and our server was attentive and gracious. This is definitely a "must" for anyone who has out of town guests with their minds not quite made up about Texas hospitality. SO MUCH FOOD! SO MUCH SERVICE! You can't help but waddle out the door at the end of the night in a dazed meat-coma.
