Cassie Points, Corporate Concierge-Lincoln Plaza
We wish to congratulate Cassie Points on her 25 year Anniversary as Corporate Concierge of Lincoln Plaza in Downtown Dallas.
Cassie’s has consistently represented her company and our Concierge industry in a professional, classy and friendly way. Her bright smile and sweet laugh have added immensely to our meetings and events.
She cares about what she does and the people around her and because of that several of her tenants and coworkers have become her dear friends. In any service industry and in this market especially, it is commendable that she has stayed with one company for 25 years but it is no surprise that the management company has kept her.
Cassie was a great Concierge back when I met her 25 years ago and she still is today! We are blessed to know Cassie and to benefit from her experience.

It is hard to believe I’ve known you for 18 years now….it seems like just yesterday that I started as a “new” Downtown Dallas Concierge (who depended SO MUCH on you and Jenny to show me the ropes)!!! As I’ve often said to you….they CAN’T get rid of you now….you’re like a permanent “building fixture”…. LOL
At any rate, CONGRATULATIONS…I’m so very happy for you and very blessed to have had a friend like you over the years. Many of us girls have seen each other through marriages, children, divorces, and just some plain and simply “crazy” times…and to think, we all came together and built our relationships through CCI.
I’ve read all the praise and congrats but I think a PARTAY is in order!!!! I’ll be in touch with you for “available” dates. As for the rest of the group…..STAND BY….party details to follow.
