Sevy’s is an American Grill and serves a variety of entrees. The decor is a contemporary design and offers French doors which lead out to a patio. NCA members were greeted in typical Texas-style… a warm welcome, introductions, and a table for eight decorated with red rose petals and candles.

The Capital Grille isn’t a flashy restaurant, nor is it a flash in the perverbial pan that is the Dallas dining scene, but it is THE place to indulge in creamy lobster bisque, perfectly cooked filets, the best lamb chops in the city. The Capital Grille is a ‘go to’ restaurant elevated to a higher standard.

One of the highlights of the annual National Concierge Association Conference is the Dine Around event. At this year’s NCA Conference, held in Dallas Concierges members from cities across the US spent the evening at some of the area’s finest restaurants. This is review of the evening at Bolla in the Stoneleigh Hotel.
