Corporate Concierge members meet monthly at restaurants, hotels and other venues in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month at 1:00 pm.
This is the perfect opportunity for local hospitality businesses to showcase their venue to a group of corporate concierge. By visiting restaurants and tasting the dishes from the menu, touring hotels and seeing the rooms, we can give an honest recommendation to our tenants, clients and others.
The members of Corporate Concierge, inc. (CCI) act as ambassadors for Dallas/Fort Worth and North Texas. Through the connection with our clients, we promote the performing arts and cultural events, as well as local businesses, particularly those in the hospitality industry.
We provide our customers, clients and tenants with information, recommendations and services for everything from the best hotel for a business meeting, to the best vegan restaurant or even the best place for a man to get an old-fashioned shave.
CCI members endeavor to stay informed on all the latest arts and cultural events, current restaurant openings, and other events that might be of interest to our clients. Our members share and educate each other on any and all events that might assist us to better serve our clients.
Corporate Concierge Events and Meetings
Nothing is like first hand experience. That is why many local venues, restaurants and hotels have hosted the monthly CCI meetings and events. By dining at the restaurant, taking a tour of the hotel or visiting the theater, we can give a more informed recommendation to our clients.
Think of the word of mouth and social media exposure that a group of enthusiastic concierges can provide for you.
During these meeting, we discuss the business of our organization and other important matters.
The highlight of our monthly meeting is the presentations by the guest speakers. Our members are informed and educated about upcoming events or promotions by presentations by representatives from organizations like the American Airlines Center, the Crow Collection of Asian Art, the Dallas Museum of Art and the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Guest speakers are invited to give a brief presentation at the beginning of the Corporate Concierge monthly meeting. This is your opportunity to get in front of the best group of ambassadors in DFW. You can distribute marketing materials and offer us special pricing that we can pass on to our clients.
We encourage all guest speakers to provide us with a digital version of their logo (or other art work) and an article suitable for the CCI website and/or a concierge’s newsletter.

Monthly Business Meeting Requirements:
- Semi-private or private dining area for 15-20 people
- Provide a lunch meal (including beverage) for each attendee. We can order from your menu, or you are welcome to serve a special menu that represent your dining options.
- As the host of our business meeting, you are the first guest speaker. We ask that you give a 5 to 8-minute presentation about your venue. This could also include a tour of your facilities, if time permits. Feel free to distribute brochures, menus and other promotional materials.
- Hotels and other venues are encouraged to offer a brief tour for CCI members after the luncheon meeting.
We will pay generous gratuity to your wait staff.
