On a recent visit to the catering facility of Cattleack Barbeque, members of Corporate Concierge were treated to samples of their tasty menu. Items like Texas-style brisket, tangy cole slaw and the load baked beans , which were cooked by bits of pulled pork had our mouths watering. But the biggest hit of the afternoon was their version of “Redneck” Pie, a scrupulous baked dish with barbeque beans, pulled pork, and sauce, topped with country corn bread. Everyone went back for second helpings!
