Jaspers is Kent Rathbun’s second restaurant concept, which focuses more on home cooking” and offering a variety of  America’s best regional cuisine.  Some of  the wonderful items on the menu are rotisserie chicken, fish, prime steaks, salads and pizza; as well as Signature dishes like “Maytag Blue Cheese Potato Chips,” “Margarita Marinated Shrimp,” Slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs, and Homemade Butterfinger Creme Brulee.
