Jorge’s will serve breakfast tacos, tamales & mini chimichangas, prepared by Chef Don Jorge and Guero. Mixologist Nacho will serve “Micheladas”, a Mexican Bloody Mary Beer.

Fedora will serve a traditional Strawberry and Rhubarb Tart and coffee, as well as Sangria made with Italian wine and agave nectar.

Chef Cookoff Challenge

Our first ever… Chefs will be presented with one secret ingredient, to be unveiled at Noon. One Arts  Plaza Chefs, including David McMillan of Screen Door, Teiichi Sakurai of Tei-An, Estaban ‘Guero’ of Jorge’s and Jordan Roger of Fedora will all compete to win.

12:30 PM

The four restaurant chefs will present their masterpieces to an expert panel of judges who will determine the “Critics Choice Award” while One Arts  Plaza patrons sample the dishes and vote for thier favorite dish to win the “People’s Choice Award”.

1:00 PM

Jorge’s owner Don Jorge will sell Mexican Mint Tacos and a popular Mexican street food called Elote, as well as mini grilled flautitas and it’s popular organic margarita.

Trick or Treaters can also indulge with special Mexican candies at Jorge’s and complimentary pasty treats from Fedora.

Fedora will also host a handmade Italian Pici Pasta demonstration and tasting. Screen Door Chef Ryan Charles will create and serve Florida Rock Shrimp, brown rice, roasted pumpkin & mango salad.

Bartender Mix Off

Watch as the Mixologist from each restaurant compete with a secret drink ingredient that will be unveiled. Mixologist will present their best mixed drink to a panel of cocktail experts at 1:45 PM. Drink enthusiasts will also get to sample the unique libations and cast their vote for the “Best-Tasting Cocktail”.

2:00 PM

Jorge’s Chef Estaban will demonstrate how to make spicy caheta churros. Sweet and Spicy…made with pumpkin seeds and Mexican Caramel!

3:30 PM

One Arts  Plaza welcome the famous Hunter Sullivan and his acclaimed Jazz band for a live performance in the plaza.
