Julia Hart, the Corporate Concierge at 1700 Pacific in Downtown Dallas has been a tireless supporter of the Dallas BOMA Community Service Committee projects. Each year, with Julia’s help the members of Corporate Concierge partner with Dallas BOMA on projects like the Angel Tree, Fill-a Basket and Fill-a-Backpack drives.

Corporate Concierge, Inc. & Dallas BOMA partnered to host the 13th Annual Angel Tree Drive benefiting some of the neediest kids in our community. A total of 53 office and  apartment properties hosted drives, adopting children affiliated with Vogel Alcove, Jonathan’s Place, Mi Escuelia, Interfaith Housing Coalition, Genesis Women’s Shelter, Our Friends Place, New Beginning Center, Good Shepherd Community Center, Trinity River Mission & Dallas and  Collin County Children’s Advocacy Centers.

Through the generosity of property management teams, concierges, vendors,  office building and  apartment tenants, 6,000 gifts were donated 1500 children. Wow! The kids received toys, bikes, warm clothing, shoes, scooters, games, basketballs, books, stuffed animals & more, just in time for the holidays. Thank you so much to those of you who spread love and  sunshine to these children!

Those who hosted drives included: Candace Rozell and  Kari Rich, Concierge Connection.

Thanks also to the folks who helped with delivery to Preston Plaza and  the charities, as well as to those who helped sort gifts at the Sorting Party!
