In the past year Jenny and her family have a faced difficult challenge. One that has shown us that she is a fighter and just how strong she really is.

It is hard to even put into words why Jenny is so deserving of this award. But if you are fortunate enough to be a tenant in her building; or have worked with her as a member of our Corporate Concierge organization, you would understand. To know her is to love her — professionally and personally.

Perhaps she often doesn’t realize it, but Jenny’s smile brightens her client’s day.  She takes care of her many concierge colleagues with the skills of a fine tuned concierge machine. Speaking kindly to everyone, Jenny is always willing to offer a helping hand, never complains and most of all, she always shines!

We have worked with Jenny Crossland in the very unique industry for many years and we celebrate her this year as our Corporate Concierge of the Year.

  1. I admired the picture of Jenny in the JCP ad for free haircuts for breast cancer survivors. She’s a beautiful lady, and obviously a strong one. I did a search for her, because I wanted to let her know that I took her picture to my hairdresser and got my hair cut like hers. I have short hair, having given up my long locks a few years ago. Right when I was in the mood for a bit of a “change,” there was Jenny on the back of a JCP flyer. My mother, too, had breast cancer. This hair cut ended up being in honor of my mother, Jenny, and the strength of women.
I hope you can get this message to her. Thanks!
