Thanksgiving Day is coming soon. On November 28th, your home will be filled with family and friends expecting a delicious turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Which could mean lots of shopping, chopping, mixing and hours spent in a hot kitchen for you.
Whole Foods Market Concierge
Let us share a little secret with you that will spare you all that time and even more stress this Thanksgiving. Did you know that many of your local Whole Foods Markets have an onsite Concierge who will do your holiday shopping for you?
That’s right, all you have to do is call them with your list, relax, then pick up your order.
Corporate Concierge members, Sandra Parton and Scott Smitherman suggests letting them do all of your holiday cooking. From the turkey to pumpkin pie and all of the sides, you can order your entire Thanksgiving Day meal from Whole Foods Market.
“Whole Foods Market makes Thanksgiving dinner simpler and faster for you. You can purchase a complete dinner from us that includes a mostly cooked turkey (just needs to be reheated and browned – about 2.5 hours) and many of your favorite sides!
OR, if you just want to buy a few select sides to accompany your homemade turkey, stop by and get as much as you need. And don’t forget that perfect wine pairing-we have that too.” —Scott Smitherman, Whole Foods Market- Lakewood
“Spend less time in the kitchen this Thanksgiving. Leave the cooking to your closest Whole Foods Market.
In addition to Holiday meal packages, we offer delicious chef-prepared side dishes and desserts. We’ll leave the credit to you.” — Sandra Parton, Concierge Whole Food Market-Lakewood.
More Tips for a Stress free Thanksgiving Dinner
- For a juicy delicious turkey, start with a fresh organic whole bird or an organic turkey breast.
- Order a precooked turkey and invite your guests to bring the side dishes and desserts.
- Serve desserts for everyone’s sweet tooth, with a Four Seasons Pie (peach, apple, cherry and blueberry) or instead of pumpkin, try a sweet potato pie.
- If you are invited to Thanksgiving dinner, take a lovely bottle of wine to serve with the meal.
- Give your guests something to munch on while they are waiting for dinner. Scott suggests the Mediterranean Olive Platter or Grilled Herbed Vegetables (Seasonal veggies marinated in an herb vinaigrette, then grilled to perfection. Served with roasted tomato aioli).
