On Monday, February 9, 2009, members of Corporate Concierge, Inc. were invited to preview the latest restaurant and venture of the world-renowned Chef Wolfgang Puck, 560. Located in the ball at the Hyatt Regency Dallas and named for the distance the restaurant soars above the city, 560 is the latest new fabulous place to see and be seen. The view is amazing as anyone who’s ever been up there already knows. We were lucky enough to be there while the sun was setting and the Dallas skyline is the perfect backdrop for the colors of the changing sky.

The interior has been redesigned with a modern color palette and warm wood tones for a chic yet cozy atmosphere. And, last but far from least, the food is spectacular as one should expect from a seasoned veteran of the culinary world. Executive Chef Sara Johnson does Mr. Puck proud with her Asian-inspired but classic menu items. We dined on heavy hors d’oeuvres of sushi, spicy tuna cones and other fabulous bites as well as specialty cocktails and wine. All of us that attended left with certainty that we would definitely be back…very soon!

I agree, every item from their menu that they passed that night was so delicious. I am looking forward to returning. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Meeting Wolfgang Puck and chatting for a while with all the Concierge was very fun, too. He was so gracious and really spent a lot of time with us. I have and will refer tenants and friends.
