Celeste Samuel hosted a luncheon for the members of Corporate Concierge, Inc. in March. The menu featured their Spring Lunch Collection by Chef Avner Samuel. The Concierges feasted on a “Farm Egg Custard” followed by a Beef Cigar with Potato Gnocchi and Skate Wing with lemon butter sauce and a lovely Mascarpone Panna Cotta for dessert.
